Why do I have to come into the pharmacy to complete my account activation?
In accordance with New York State pharmacy regulations, all new customers must personally present valid identification and insurance information for verification. After this visit, your account will be activated, and you will be able to take full advantage of our online ordering service.
If you are currently a customer of Pleasant Street Apothecary, a personal visit is not required. Once you have set up your account, simply call the pharmacy to activate your account.
If a personal visit to Pleasant Street Apothecary is not convenient for you or you are out of the area, please call the pharmacy at 585-241-9000 to see if special arrangements, such as scanned copies of these documents, can be made to meet these requirements.
